Last night, I had a customer who bought our meters 5 years ago suddenly contacted me on WhatsApp and expressed their interest in purchasing additional equipment. They asked if I remembered him, and of course, I did. They praised my memory, but I told them that their nice personality left a deep impression on me.

The customer was interested in buying three more of the chlorophyll meters and Seeds Moisture Meter they had previously purchased from us, as they found the performance to be very stable. I immediately worked on a new quote for them and included the shipping costs and delivery dates. As a professional trader, providing complete and accurate quotes to our customers is essential.
