we had an end caps (which was used for hydrostatic pressure test for plastic pipes, like PVC, PP, PE)order for shipping today. last week,After coordinating with both the client and the freight forwarder, we helped select a shipping route that offers fast transit and low cost, though it comes with strict weight restrictions per package: limit of 25 kg per package. The original packaging-a single wooden case-exceeded this limit. Rather than opting for a more expensive shipping method, we took a proactive approach to redesign the packaging strategy.

We carefully repackaged the shipment into six individual cartons, ensuring the total weight of each fell within the carrier's restriction. This adjustment significantly reduced shipping costs while still meeting the client's timeline, especially since the client was not in a rush. Throughout the process, we maintained rigorous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and protection.
