When a customer makes a quick order, we becomes even more cautious and considers all possible outcomes. Last December, a South American customer (a leading producer of electrical conduits and PVC pipes) asked for a quote but there was no follow-up for a long time. this Tuesday, the customer emailed us to update the quote and asked for bank account information to make the prepayment. we were touched by the customer's trust , and we took a moment to review all communication with the customer , checked all relevant test standards, and identified an issue that required immediate attention
The customer was planning to purchase 304# stainless steel end caps and a drop hammer impact tester, (falling mass impact testing machine)which required the sample to be frozen before testing as per the ISO3127 standards.we realized that this critical point needed to be communicated to the customer to ensure proper usage of the equipment. And also send suggestion and solution for customer.

By taking these extra steps to ensure customer satisfaction, we believes they have gained even more from the relationship because trust is a two-way street.
The gains could be more satisfied customers, increased orders, or strengthened problem-solving abilities. Each interaction is an opportunity to build a stronger and more fruitful connection. Honortest remains committed to offering excellent products and services to their customers while proving time and again why their customers trust them. As the company motto says: Honortest is always with you.
