Cargo Description For Querying Import Permit Policies

In import and export trade, sometimes importers need to check the local import permit policies for such products. At this time, exporters and manufacturers have the obligation to provide relevant information about the goods promptly and accurately so that customers can make inquiries.

A European customer is preparing to order our Hydostatic pressure testing system recently. A description of the cargo was required, it  includes info about the main uses of the equipment, materials, main components, working principle, HS code and other information.

Let's first get a general understanding of this hydrostatic pressure testing system:

This machine is mainly used to determine the resistance of internal pressure and time-to-failure (short-time) burst pressure of both thermoplastic and reinforced thermosetting plastic pipes(like PVC, PE,PPR) at constant water pressure at constant temperature.

it includes 3 items:

1. Hydrostatic pressure tester  (It is used to provide stable pressure)

2. Water tank (It is used to provide a stable test temperature environment.)

3. End caps (it's used to seal the sample pipe)

Usge：This machine is mainly used to determine the resistance of internal pressure and time-to-failure (short-time) burst pressure of both thermoplastic and reinforced thermosetting plastic pipes(like PVC, PE,PPR) at constant water pressure at constant temperature.

Important components:Microcomputer control unit (PLC), pressure sensors, solenoid valve assembly, accumulator, etc.

Working Principle:This tester generates pressure through a high-pressure pump or gas pressurization system. After being regulated by the pressure control system, the pressure is delivered to the interior of the pipe specimen through a high-pressure hose. The pressure control system ensures that the pressure can reach the preset value smoothly and accurately, and maintains constant pressure during the test (pressure resistance test) or rapidly increases the pressure until the pipe ruptures (instantaneous burst test).

Testing tank HS: (90248000 or 90321000.00)

Usage：This tank is used to provide a constant temperature(15℃~95℃) environment to cooperate with the Hydrostatic pressure testing machine to complete the pressure test of plastic pipes

Important components：Stainless steel inner wall and outer shell, Insulation layer,Circulation pump,Temperature controller,heating tube, temperature sensor, chiller

Working principle: The temperature of the water inside the tank is increased or decreased by heating through a heating tube or cooling through a refrigeration mechanism with cold water. The circulation pump works to improve temperature uniformity, the temperature sensor senses the temperature, and the temperature controller controls the temperature and displays the temperature value.

Usage：It is used to seal the pipe samples and then cooperating with the hydrostatic pressure testing machine to complete the pressure test.

Main components:Stainless steel caps, stainless steel clamps, rubber sealing rings

Working principle: It relies on the excellent pressure-bearing performance of stainless steel to withstand the pressure from the testing machine. The clamp has threads on top to hold the pipe sample, and the rubber sealing ring serves a sealing function to prevent the sample from leaking water during the test
