The falling mass impact tester is suitable for measuring the impact toughness of PVC-U, PVC-C pipes, PP pipes, PE pipes, plastic pipes for underground communication pipes and other pipes. Comply with ISO3127 experimental requirements

 Instrument features:

1. The pipe drop weight impact material testing machine has the function of preventing secondary impact

2. The V-shaped iron is adjusted to adapt to the samples of different pipe diameters, and the hammer body falls into free fall motion. Impact hammer bodies that meet other standards can be provided according to the order requirements. The hammer release device and the anti-secondary impact device are realized by pneumatic transmission. Two test methods, pass-through method and gradient method, are applicable.

3. Use high-brightness (LED) digital tube to display instant height;

4. The lifting height of the drop weight can be set arbitrarily, and the impact height can be between 50mm and 2000mm.

5. Any setting within the range (the capture rate of the anti-secondary impact device within this height range is 100%);

6. Automatic calibration of lifting height;

7. The impact hammer weight can be assembled by weights;
