Honor Test Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research & development, manufacturing, distribution, and technical service of testing equipment for kinds of plastic&rubber products.
Since our establishment in 1999, we have adhered to the principles of integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement. Through persistent technological advancement and customer-oriented service, we have grown into one of China's reliable manufacturers of testing machines for plastic materials, plastic pipes & fittings, agricultural water-saving irrigation systems, and agro-ecological testing instruments.

With nearly three decades of development, Honor Test Technology has built strong R&D capability, a complete production system, and an experienced technical team dedicated to providing accurate, stable, and reliable testing solutions for laboratories, manufacturing enterprises, research institutions, and national testing centers.

The company actively participates in the drafting and revision of national and industry standards related to plastic pipes, valves, and irrigation equipment. Our technical contributions include:

●Calibration and verification specifications for pressure resistance, burst testing, valve sealing performance, and flow performance testing machines

Historic Milestones

●April 1999 – The company was established.

●September 2000 – Recognized as a high-tech enterprise by the Science and Technology Commission of Hebei Province.

●January 2001 – Awarded the title of "High-Quality Brand for Testing Equipment" by the Plastic Piping Sub-Committee under the China Plastics     

   Industry Association.

●May 2001 – Getting honor of "Star Enterprise for Manufacturing Testing Equipment for Plastic Windows, Doors, and Pipes" by the Hebei Construction

   Bureau.

●November 2003 – Hosted the working conference of the Plastic Pipe Industry Association (PPIA) at our company.

● August 2004, the company's independently developed "Dual-Circulation Constant Temperature Bath with Separate Heating System" was granted a

   National Utility Model Patent.

●February 2005 – Became a member of the Pipes and Valves Sub-Commission of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Plastic

  Products (TC48/SC3);

  October 2005 – Designated as the training base for the "Inspector Professional Appraisal Program of the National Pipes Laboratory" organized by the

  Ministry of Labor and Social Security;

 The standard GB/T19993-2005 that the company participated in developing has been officially promulgated and implemented.

 GB/T19993-2005: Thermal Cycling Test Method for Thermoplastic Piping Systems and Fittings for Hot and Cold Water

●January 2006 – Obtained the right to conduct import and export operations independently; our products began to enter markets worldwide.

  February 2006 – Became a committee member of the National Testing Machines Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC122).

●January 2007 – Our products received CE certification from the European Union.

●In 2008 – Successfully passed the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System certification.

●In 2009 – Designed and produced the Plastic Valve Leakage & Torque tester and the Plastic Water-Saving Irrigation System Testing Machine.

●In 2010 – Recognized as a "Hebei Harmonious Labor Relations Enterprise."

●In 2011 – Developed and manufactured testing machines for plastic inspection chambers.

●In 2012 --Obtained a utility model patent for the large-stroke pressure measurement and testing machine, which is part of the complete set of testing 

   equipment for plastic inspection wells.

●2013 – Our large-stroke pressure testing machine and combined hydraulic performance testing device were granted national patents.

●2014 – Passed the project acceptance review by the Science and Technology Department of Hebei Province and received a special high-tech subsidy fund.

●2015 – Jointly developed an Automatic Measuring Device for Dripper and Irrigation Belt Parameters together with the China Institute of Water 

  Resources and Hydropower Research.

●2016 – Participated in the establishment and development of national standard working groups for:
  Plastic Water-Saving Irrigation Equipment – Part 5: Subsurface Drip Irrigation Pipes,
  Plastic Water-Saving Irrigation Equipment – Part 4: Polyethylene (PE) Laterals

●2017 – Together with the Hebei Institute of Metrology Supervision and Testing, we jointly drafted JJF 1628-2017 Calibration Specification for 

  Pressure Resistance and Burst Testing Machines for Plastic Pipes, a mandatory national standard that was officially issued and came into effect on 

  May 1, 2018.Following its implementation, our newly developed calibration instrument for pipe pressure and burst testing machines was adopted by 

  metrology departments across the country.

● 2018 – Successfully developed a fully automatic large-diameter pipeline system applicability testing system, filling a major gap in domestic testing
   equipment in this field.

● 2019 – Three national standards that we participated in drafting were officially issued:

   GB/T 37842-2019 Thermoplastic Ball Valves

   GB/T 19812.5-2019 Plastic Water-Saving Irrigation Equipment – Part 5: Subsurface Drip Irrigation Pipes

   GB/T 38008-2019 Thermoplastic Gate Valves

●2020 – Once again recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise in Hebei Province.

  The group standard "T/CWEC15-2020 Continuous Fiber Reinforced Polyethylene Composite Pipe", which was drafted by the China Water     

  Conservancy Enterprises Association, has been officially released and implemented.

●2021 – Our flagship product - the Hydraulic Performance Testing System for Drippers and Drip Irrigation Pipes/Tapes - achieved batch exports,

  with two shipments totaling 11 sets. This milestone marks a significant step forward for "Made in China" in this specialized field.

  Meanwhile, our newly developed valve flow capacity testing systems, valve series testing machines, and testing equipment for thin-wall stainless

  steel, copper, and plastic-lined metal pipes and fittings were introduced to the market and successfully applied in national-level testing centers,

  receiving highly positive feedback.

● In 2022--we obtained three national patents: "Valve Torque Fatigue Testing Machine," "Pipe Pressure Testing Machine Calibrator," and "Flow 

   Resistance Coefficient Measuring Instrument." We also successfully established in-depth cooperation with several key universities, including China

   Agricultural University, Shihezi University, and Tianjin Agricultural College.

●2023 – 4 standards that we participated in drafting were submitted for approval, and two new industry standardization projects were officially 

  initiated.
