If Customer Buy Our Hydrostatic Pressure Tester, Can Their Existing Water Tank Temperature Data Transferred To Our Hydrostatic Pressure Test Software?

We know that hydrostatic pressure resistance test is the most important test item for various pressure plastic pipes(like PE, PVC, PPR,etc.) used for water supply.

To complete the hydrostatic pressure resistance test according to ISO1167, three parts are required：

1. the hydrostatic pressure tester( it is used to pressurize)

2. water tank(it supply Constant temperature environment)

3. 304# stainless steel end caps (it used for sealing the sample pipe)

Sometimes, these three parts are purchased together in customers order. But sometimes they are purchased separately. If customer already has a water tank in their lab, and only purchase hydrostatic pressure tester ,they often faces a problem：how to transfer their Existing Water Tank Temperature Data to the hydrostatic pressure test software? Hi, friend, how do you think? and what's your opinion?

Recently I was discussing an order with an  regular customer, and we happened to face this problem. in fact We have solved similar problems for customers before, I think it's just right time that I share this with more friends:

Experienced friends should know that the temperature of the existing water tank can usually be transmitted to the software of the pressure-resistant device through an interface or sensor. This requires the voltage-resistant equipment to support the access of external temperature sensors, or have relevant communication protocols (such as Modbus, RS485, etc.).

So we can consider the following aspects:

Interface compatibility: Check whether the voltage-resistant device has a suitable input interface.
Sensor selection: Select a temperature sensor that is compatible with pressure-resistant equipment.
Software integration: Verify that the pressure-resistant equipment's software is capable of receiving and processing temperature data from the tank.
Installation and Configuration: Professionals may be required to install and configure the system to ensure data is transferred and displayed correctly

Excellent!!! then our solution is: 

We provide a set of temperature control devices (including a temperature control meter and PT100). We are responsible for fixing the temperature control meter on the pressure testing machine, and then leaving the wire of the temperature probe (PT100) long enough. After the customer receives the equipment, Just fix the wire inside the water tank. and we will supply technical support in time if customer have any problem in installation and operation.
