The testing machine system includes two parts: the main engine and the test bench

1. Negative pressure testing machine

It is used to provide a negative pressure source. The equipment is driven by a PLC control system and solid state relays, with accurate actions and fast response speed. The vacuum pump cooperates with the energy storage system to make the test pressure stable and accurate.

2. test bench

 It is mainly used for the detection of the matching performance between the pipes when the plastic pipes such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene and other plastic pipes are connected by elastic sealing ring, that is, the detection of the interface sealing problem; to complete the internal negative air pressure under the condition of the angle deviation test test.

Equipment function:

This equipment implements two test modes:

1: Constant pressure control test: set the test pressure and time, keep the pressure at the set pressure, and see the change of the test piece within the set time. Optional deformation measurement system can track and record the deformation of the specimen under this negative pressure in real time.

2: Sealing performance test: Set one or more test pressures and times. After the pressure reaches and stabilizes at the set value, close the solenoid valve and record the pressure drop within the specified time.

1. The software environment is windows system, using industrial control machine, 15-inch color touch screen.
