I feel the strong vitality of plants, and at the same time, I also think that plants should also have sleep, otherwise why the repair effect at night is so good?

Then I know the following knowledge:
1. Plants not only rest at night, but also at noon. A typical example is wheat, such as: corn, you can measure its photosynthesis at any time, as long as there is light. But wheat can’t do it, the photosynthesis of wheat can’t be done at noon, no matter whether you can measure the value or not, it’s wrong, because the measurement time is wrong, wheat has to take a lunch break at noon.
2. The rest of plants can be understood as not performing photosynthesis, because there is no light at night, and organic matter cannot be synthesized without light. In the state of not working, there should be more energy to restore itself, and respiration and transpiration have been going on , It’s just that it’s relatively weak compared to the daytime. So it can also be understood that the repair ability at night is stronger
3. In a state of water shortage, plants will protect themselves, close their stomata, reduce respiration, and reduce consumption, so plants with lush branches and leaves recover more slowly. It is also related to the type of plant, some plants absorb water slowly
4. Plants also have a self-protection function. For example, if we water a water-deficient plant but keep looking at it, it will take longer for it to recover, because plants will also be shy, which is also the protection function of plants
